Terms and Conditions (READ IT!!!)
- There are 5 slots per batch, no reservation allowed.
- Accessories would take at most 1 month to complete, weapons and armor may take a few months.
- We reserve the rights to reject your order if it deems too complex for us. Armor is subjective at the moment, our team is only at advanced level.
- All completion deadlines depend on the prop's complexity, we reserve the right to extend deadlines.
- Please understand that we hold full-time jobs and have our own prop deadlines to fulfill. Urgent orders will not be entertained.
- We will not be held responsible for any damage done after the item leaves our hands.
- Our team have not made katanas from scratch before as we believe it is not cost effective. Modifications are alright.
