I am conducting a monthly Taobao, ordering period begins at the start of every month and are submitted on every 20th of that month. Orders submitted after 20th will be considered as the following month's.

* No backing out after payment, no refund given. Offenders will be blacklisted.
* Refunds for OOS will be used to cover shipment charges. We would inform you beforehand.
* We will not be responsible for mistakes by you, wrong measurements, color etc.
* No customization for wigs. All customizations will fall under individual orders.
* Payment to be done via bank transfer or during mass meetups.
* No restricted items like flammable, counterfeit, porn, food stuff and beverages.
* Please arrange for payment once invoice is issued within 2 days.
* No order changes are allowed after orders are submitted.

Please kindly reply the invoice with your payment details, payment can also be done during mass meet-ups or weekday evenings (after 6.30pm) at Ang Mo Kio or Woodlands.
Shipment Type
Air: $8 for 1st 500g, $4 for subsequent 500g
Sea: $6 for 1st 500g, $3 $2.50 for subsequent 500g
Items would take around 2-4 weeks for sea shipment and 1 week for air shipment. Items are shipped out from China warehouse on a weekly basis.

Collection
A mass meet-up will be arranged upon items arrival on a fortnightly basis (every 2 weeks). Please confirm your attendance, no reply means no attendance. Please inform 2 hours beforehand if you are not able to make it. Waiting time is maximum 30 minutes, a late penalty of $2 will be incurred beyond waiting period
For people who can’t make time to do meet-up, please opt for postage (normal / registered) or courier. Additional charges apply.
Bulky items will be sent out by courier only. Courier services is either $5 (for below 5kg) or $8 (above 5kg).
We will not be responsible for lost mail sent out by normal postage.
Uncollected items will be kept for a month, a charge of $1 a week will be imposed after the 1st month. Items will be confiscated after the 2 months.
